Posted Aug. 27, 2022 on HotelsTelevision was not working on our occupation of the room.Maintenance man was very obliging and following trying over ten other televisions our coverage was restored.

We asked for a tour and a car to the reception and they just reply 90 minutes later they didn’t look for it, it looks was not important for them but for us was something we need to look ourselves, a lot noise from other room that they didn’t try to control, the bar was closed and there was not option to order food only the expensive breakfast… apart from that the best was the lifeguard very kind and helpful her name was Hillary…

A quiet location, spacious bedroom & bathroom, great breakfast buffet.
Rather a long way from the centre of Palma but easily accessible by bus. Also within walkable distance of Porto Pi for shops & restaurants.

In winter, the bar was closed and there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the hotel (apart from for breakfast) - disappointing.

Although the hotel doesn't stand out from the outside, inside, the hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were also kind and helpful.
