sans doute un des meilleurs hôtel a ce niveau de prix . wifi payant , mais pas 6 euros de l heure comme l indique le descriptif hôtel.com , beaucoup moins cher en réalité mais payant quand même, un des seuls points négatifs

Nice Family Hotel

Nice hotel for families. Nice pool and kids pool in complex. Rooms very clean. Free car park opposite hotel which does get busy. Very friendly staff. Only criticism and its hot a harsh criticism is that the food could be improved a little on the buffet. Having stayed at other 4* hotels on the island in the same week we found the food to be lacking a bit in variety and quality. Overall very nice stay and kids loved it apart from no free WiFi?

Not the best hotel I've stayed in.

Much of my review is probably down to the fact it is the last week of the season for the hotel. The staff were mainly quite pleasant, although there was one or two who couldn't raise a smile in the dining hall and behind the bar. The rooms were not particularly clean and the towels had seen better days. The toiletries provided were very poor quality and not replenished. The room had been booked for several months and when we arrived, then had to wait for a put me up bed to come for our little niece, in other words for a 2 bed room to be converted into a 3 bed room. This also made the already small room very cramped. The food was mainly lukewarm regardless of when you went to the dining hall. We chose to eat out several times although we were half board in order to get something hot. I must say though, other people we spoke with had different views in that they thought the food was amazing. The kids club was fantastic, with our niece thoroughly enjoying her time there, so thanks to Luke and Sergio. The pool was far to cold to be used although a couple of brave souls did. The climbing frame in the children's play area should have been condemned. The plastic coating covering the chains had disintegrated leaving the chains unprotected and I dread to think the damage that could have been caused had a small child slipped with there fingers through the holes in the chain. The area was on the whole closed due to end of season. Not a hotel I'll visit again but others I spoke to would.

Nice hotel close to the beach. Beds very hard, air conditioning didn't work in my room. Entertainment was underwhelming. Most of the staff didn't smile ever, I felt like I was an inconvenience. The younger waiters and waitresses were the only ones friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, lots to choose from. The outside bar/snack bar was closed most of the time we were there. Spotlessly clean rooms, lobby, dining room etc.

Very nice hotel ..but needs a bit music around pool.. v.i.p shud have hot tub or Jacuzzi to make it a bit extra

Great location near beach . Many walking opportunities nearby to numerous restaurants, shops and bars. Hotel is very nice and in great condition. Dinner and breakfast buffets very good. Exceptional value and we would definately stay here again.

Estancia, bastante bien, aunque la comida muy poco variada y no es , para nada, de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. La limpieza buena, los ascensores muy escasos, la zona de la piscina bonita y cuidada,aunque por la noche grupos ruidosos. La ubicación no está mal, un poco alejado de la playa.

En lugn och behaglig vistelse i Palma Nova.God frukost och god mat,vi hade halvpension.Personalen var trevliga och tillmötesgående och poolområdet var ok,dock ett - att inte poolen var uppvärmd.Fina rum,ganska stor balkong
