Staff were really good and the property was clean. Compared to other 4 star hotels in the area, we were slightly disappointed with the lack of facilities such as an adequate swimming pool, sunbeds, etc. to cater for occupants. Other things which made our stay a bit uncomfortable was the lack of ability to control the temperature in the room and no sound proofing of the room which meant that getting a decent night’s sleep was not possible.

We offer our guests that they can use the pool of our partner hotel Kyrat Amarac Suites, so we can not see a lack of facilities. There is an air conditioning system in each room which works perfectly. Unfortunately you did not communicate during your stay that you had a problem regarding to the air conditioning system. If we had knew from this problem, we would have fixed it. Maybe we can welcome you once again in our hotel and convince you from all services, with best regards from Cala Millor!

Everything great ,only downside is for the last 2 days there was a smoker in the room next to us and was allowed to smoke on the balcony all day and all night with the smoke coming to our balcony and in our room when the door was open.

Our guests are allowed to smoke at their balcony, because the hotel is not declared as a non smoking hotel. Normally, because of the wind conditions, the smoke does not bother other guests, so we feel very sorry, that it disturbed you. But in general we are very happy that yo had great days in our hotel! Schönes sauberes Hotel, leckeres Frühstück und abwechslungsreiches Abend-Buffet, Personal sehr freundlich, kostenfreier öffentlicher Parkplatz sowie Aldi ca 10 Gehminuten weg. Würden wir definitiv wieder buchen!

Endroit très agréable au personnel super gentil et prêt à vous aider et vous conseiller au mieux. Ayant pu comparer avec d'autres plages et d'autres hôtels majorquains, je peux vraiment dire que cet endroit est à taille humaine, agréable avec du personnel extrêmement gentil et serviable et de la nourriture de qualité. Le bar rooftop est très sympa et la vue extra, s'il fallait trouver un point un peu plus négatif je dirais que la Sangria pourrait être un rien meilleure et la piscine est un peu petite mais elle a le mérite d'être là et ils ont fait avec la place disponible. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse au premier étage avec vue sur la mer est génial et très agréable et enfin les chambres sont propres, assez grandes et la literie de bonne qualité.
