Hotel villamill : centre ville et sur la plage

Point à améliorer: moquette des couloirs plus que défraichie.

Secrets Villamil is a fantastic hotel, high quality, and very relaxing environment. The staff are all friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They even gave us a free upgrade to a larger room with large balcony compared to what we had originally booked. The room was very spacious and comfortable and like the rest of the hotel it was spotlessly clean.
We don't normally take the half board option but were delighted we did as the food selection, quality and dining service was excellent both for breakfast and dinner.
For me the best part of the hotel is the beach front location. The rear of the hotel and the outlook from the beautiful lansdscaped grounds, wonderful pool area on the terrace or the external bar terrace area is stunning. I have to commend the staff who are responsible for the maintenance of the trees, garden and external pool areas as they were all immaculate. Especially considering there was a storm the day before we arrived, they very quickly tidied up the storm debris and brought everything back to being pristine within 24 hours!
The sun beds are very high quality and there are none of the usual shortages you can get at other hotels. The ability to stay in the secure hotel grounds but only be 25 to 50 yards to the beach and sea if you want it is fab.
We had a great time and would like to thank all the hotel staff for making such a memorable weeks stay. We have already recommended the hotel to some other family members and friends!
