Holiday in Camp de Mar.

Great place to stay. German run hotel manned mostly by German staff who were all very efficient and friendly. If we were to come back to this area we would definitely stay here again. The food was excellent but drinks can be expensive. Overall 10 out of 10.

not 5 stars service

honestly this cannot be a 5 stars hotels.. they don't have the services of a 5 stars hotel .. I was there for one night I arrived late and they don't have room service and almost every request I had which were all very simple were met with the least amount of help room is nice but 5 stars isn't only the room look

At the same time of course we are very sorry to read that all in all we did not reach up to your expectations as far the food options were concerned. As the vast majority of our guests is delighted with our breakfast buffet and also with our evening restaurant we would have loved to hear more in detail in which way exactly we dissapointed you. We apologize for any inconvenience if the air-condition of your room did not cool down as much as you expected. Generally 18 degrees is the lowest temperature that can be conceded. However the doors must be tightly closed to make sure that the air-condition can work at its best. Once again we thank you for your visit and sincerely hope that we may welcome you to our hotel again in the near future to convince you of the qualities of our hotel. Overall way below expectations. The only positive thing is the staff as they are doing their best and special thanks goes to Laura , Jose , David , Anna and Racha. Concierge service is poor. Basically it doesn't exist as each staff is trying to help as much possible but there no really concierge experts. Room service food is limited and it's not 24 hours ' till 9pm" Entertaiment & food options are VERY limited. It's just the pool bar that runs everything which is very surprising as it says there's 3 restaurants aside from room service " didn't find that " Parking is for fee even though there's no Valet available. Finally , Mallorca is beatifull but the hotel is not recommended

At the same time we are very sorry to hear that all in all you were not very happy with our hotel nin general. You are quite right when you note that we do not offer a concierge service, however we also do not claim doing so in any publication or website that we are responsible for. As you experienced yourself our reception team is always more than happy to give you any assistance needed and can help you in any matter that might be helpful for or of interest for our guests. In general we have always been offering breakfast, lunch and dinner in three different restaurant areas. Our guests can enjoy our popular breakfast buffet in the Mediterranean restaurant like always. Lunch is being served at the Pool-Bar as it has been done since the very opening of the hotel. This summer however we decided to take advantage of our beautiful pool area where our guests can enjoy of their dinner selection enjoying the open-air-atmosphere. The general feedback of our guests is very positive. As the vast majority of guests prefer to have dinner at the hotel or one of the fabulous restaurants in close distance the demand for room-service in our hotel is almost neglectable, still we do offer a number of dishes throughout the day. Once again we apologize for the bad impression you had. At the same time we thank you for your sincere opinion and we hope that one day we will be able to welcome you again and hopefully convince you of our qualities..
