We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Club Apartments. Our apartment was well equipped and clean and we had a fantastic view over the bay from our balcony. Like a lot of hotels in Mallorca, the rooms would benefit from a bit of updating. The pool area is clean and tidy and the staff there were very friendly and helpful.
A lot of reviews we read before visiting Vista Club Apartments mentioned "steps" and it's true there are a lot of steps to negotiate within the property (to get to the pool for example) and to get to the town (there is another way to get to town that doesn't involve steps which is slightly longer). For us, the steps didn't really bother us but for someone with mobility issues (maybe even those with prams or buggies) I think they would present a problem.
Overall we enjoyed our holiday and would certainly return to Vista Club Apartments in future.

Not coming back
Posted Sep. 4, 2023 on HotelsVery loud place. 2 nights bothered by drunk guests walking, banging doors and screaming in the corridors and 1 night by a huge party happening across the street. Apartments with no sound insulation at all, it looks like ppl are walking inside the apartment. Bed very uncomfortable. Fridge smelly.

Pros: ROOM OK, LOCATION OK, HOTEL STAFF OK
Cons: THE HOTEL STAFF WERE LOCAL AND WOULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE HEAVY ACCENT OF THE GROUPS CONTINUALLY SWEARING AROUND THE POOL. AND MAYBE FOR THIS REASON
Location: THE *IRISH* BARS ARE NOT TO EVERYONES TASTE, AND THE LOCATION CATERS FOR THOSE HOW FREQUENT THAT TYPE OF ESTABLISHMENT.
GROUPS OF YOUNG MEN HUNG AROUND THE POOL AND POOL BAR DURING THE DAY SWEARING AND SHOUTING AT EACH OTHER. IN THE EVENING THESE SAME PEOPLE HELD DRUNKEN PARTIES , SWEARING, SINGING AND SHOUTING UP TO FIVE IN THE MORNING. THE HOTEL STAFF WERE FORCED TO EVICT SOME OF THESE GROUPS.OUR BALCONY WAS LITTERED EVERY MORNING WITH DISCARDED PLASTIC BOTTLES AND . CIGARETTE ENDS FROM THE BALCONIES ABOVE.

Overall a fantastic stay.
Hotel staff and the people at the bar was awesome and helpful.
The rooms with the view over the sea was fantastic and yes there is a lot of stairs to get down/up when going to the city/beach but we knew that before arriving so not a problem.
Nice down on earth hotel with everything you need to have a fantastic family vacation.
