Bobby is the best receptionist I have ever met
Posted Jun. 13, 2021 on HotelsBobby is the best receptionist I have ever met, seriously, give this man a raise. He is friendly, kind, oozing of good energy, accomodating, goes ABOVE and beyond
Let me explain the rating I gave, it has NOTHING to do with Bobby but with the hotel itself
Its in a great location, close to everything, however this hotel needs major renovations, mostly the walls are PAPER THIN, the very first night I could not sleep due to noisy neighbours so Bobby gives me an even better room on level 4 and it is DEAD quiet, why? Because of Bobby, he made sure I had no neighbours
The second night I had neighbours from both sides and sleeping wasnt as good obviously as the first, however if you plan to stay here, bring earplugs, otherwise you will have zero sleep
Bobby was the greatest thing about this stay and I would gladly stay there again just to be served by him, what a legend. Give this man better pay!

Mysigt hotell, rent, svårt att hitta ledig p-plats framför hotellet, annars ok. Rummet kändes för litet.
