Mauvaise chambre 112
Publié le 2 oct. 2023 sur HotelsJ'ai demandé de changer de chambre dès mon arrivée, car on m'a attribué la chambre 112 et celle-ci est en pleins vis a vis, la fenêtres donne directement sur la terrasse extérieure, la porte de la chambre collé a la porte donnant au couloir des chambres.
Je vous laisse imaginer le bruit entre la porte, la terrasse, la piscine et surtout que les clients peuvent voir dans la chambre donc aucune intimité ou alors rideaux fermés.
La réceptionniste Ana ma dit il n'y avait pas d'autre chambre de disponibles et je si je ne voulais pas garder cette chambre et bien j'allais ailleurs ( il était 8.30 pm)
J'espère que cette réceptionniste sera sanctionné car elle représente pas l'image du hilton dont je suis client régulier

Hola Sr. Brice, lamentamos escuchar que su estancia no fue placentera en su visita, lamentablemente ese día el hotel estaba completamente lleno y no teníamos ninguna otra habitación disponible. Esperamos verlo pronto con nosotros y ofrecemos una disculpa por el inconveniente.

This hotel was amazing. Great staff. Great service. Food was amazing. Great location and added casino on property was a bonus.

First all i will not recommend this hotel in Managua Especially if you coming from the kind Hilton the I had stayed in United States, this is one of the worst Hilton I stayed, service was bad, I was not treating as diamond member the I’m, I had service washed some polo TShirts, and casual clothes to washed on my last day to check out I realized on of my polo shirts the were 3 spots stained of white it seems they dropped some Clorox on my shirt, I reported to the front desk, they reached out to me later on the day saying they investigated I had brought my shirt like the to them it’s not true, mostly of the clothes I travel they are brought new clothes, they did not want to take responsibility that it was their fault to mess up my shirt, now they washed their hands, saying basically I had shirt with staying, typical Nicaraguan people lying about everything to make themselves looks good, they think they all on their right, I will not recommend this hotel in Managua next time I will make my reservation on the Hyatt nearby galería, and I will report this incident to the Hilton in United States that’s where I lived, at!!!

The staff was amazing except for the front desk check-in. I asked in Spanish if she spoke English and her whole demeanor then changed to not being nice.
