Friendly staff but room was basic and walls are very thin so a lot of noise was heard from corrider and other rooms.

The pub and function room were nice spaces and the staff were friendly. However the rooms were very outdated, with stains in carpets, dirty skirting boards and chipped paint. The rooms are in severe need of updating to match the level of the bar and function area. There was a general stale, smoky smell in the corridors and overall we did not enjoy the stay.

Great hotel with free parking. Easy access by car or public transport into Manchester. My room was lovely and bright and very big. There were 2 parties taking place in the hotel during my stay, I wondered if I would be disturbed by noise, but my room was very quiet and I didn’t need to worry. Lovely friendly staff. I would definitely use again.

No food available at chef off poorly.
Was woke up at 2am from people outside room shoting and banging on door.
6am woke up again people shouting

Everything was very good and friendly, very nice gym, used it twice. The only this was that they didn't supply either shompoo or liquid body soap, but not the end of the world we bought across the road from lidl
