Publié le 1 janv. 2024 sur HotelsPetit séjour à Manchester, l'hôtel est très très bien placé a même pas 5 minutes à pied du centre.
Le personnels de l'hôtel est super sympa ils vous aideront pour quoi que ce soit. Je recommande vivement.

Very impressive
Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HotelsModern, clean and stylish. Comfortable beds and a really impressive bathroom with a great shower. Handy for the AO arena around 10 minutes walk away, and closer to the Arndale centre.
The only negative was the carnage at breakfast time. It was a bit of a free for all, but if it’s included in the price then maybe that’s to be expected! Would definitely recommend.

I am pleased to hear first of all that there was some positive comments with your stay. However, I am sorry that you found the breakfast area to get quite busy quickly. Sometimes all our guests do choose to come down all at once. City break
Publié le 3 mars 2024 sur HotelsHotel & room clinically clean, bed was a little hard for us but room was spacious & had everything needed, lovely Dove toiletries. Breakfast was ok, room was too small for all people so additional rooms opened but food area was small, massively underestimated quantities of good required which cause long queues at time when hot food needed to be replenished. Although food was nice & warm, drinks machines weren’t all working so again caused queues for warm drinks

I am pleased to hear first of all that there was some positive comments with your stay and that you enjoyed the Dove toiletries. However, I am disappointed to read that there was both queues for both food and hot drinks at breakfast. Although we do mention on busier days on arrival that breakfast will be busy during peak times, we are unable to anticipate the timings that people will come down. Once again, we apologise we fell short on this occasion, but if you are visiting the area again soon we’d love to welcome you back to show you our usual amazing standard.
