Room was nice, staff helped with directions. Had to join the loyalty program to check in early, that avoided a £10 extra charge. Location is very convenient to tram hub at Piccadilly Gardens.

Room very oddly decoated. Bed comfortable and slept well. Price would be better justified if breakfast included.

Great hotel, super central location near shops / trams / restaurants. Lovely rooms, nothing fancy just good and clean. And a good selection too at the breakfast buffet
