Only one problem was that the guest next door or across the corridor spent roughly three quarters of an hour seemingly moving the furniture around. Once he had finished l got back to sleep.
Despite the above would happily stay again.Proximity to Manchester Piccadilly a game changer.

Small double very cosy and comfortable...well appointed with everything you need. Reception staff lovely...nice welcome when you arrive and very helpful. Good hearty breakfast.

Close to station, library and theatres. Warm rooms but fan provided. Bed reasonably comfy with good pillows. Tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Staff friendly. Express check in quick and easy. Easy to walk to main areas.
