I booked a long weekend here for my boyfriend’s birthday. We had the best experience. Everyone was so lovely, the room was really nice and comfortable. The spa was so relaxing and enjoyable. I would 100% reccomend, and me and my boyfriend will definitely be returning. Do not have a bad word to say.

I liked that it was Comfortable and has dim lighting but the towels spread dust and material everywhere.

Lovely hotel (some guests a little less lovely!)

Fantastic room, friendly reception staff. Had a lovely massage in the spa - top tip though, get into the spa early, at around 3pm it was lovely and quiet but by 5pm it was very noisy in there with quite a lot of people being quite inconsiderate and loud. We had lunch in the champagne bar - bit of a limited menu, but nice enough. We went to a show so were back too late for dinner in the restaurant, but ordered room service pizza which came promptly and was really nice. Overall, a very good experience in a hotel I'd recommend.
