Superbe hotel moderne. Tout peut se faire à pied avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Chambre très spacieuse et bien équipée. Petit déjeuner buffet très complet et de qualité.

Lovely, kind and warm staff all down to earth, a few of the young men are a bit cocky but apart from that this is probably one of / if not the best place to stay in Manchester. My only feedback is that the cheaper rooms are very tired and basic, it’s worth the money for upgrades.

Staff service inconsistent; sometimes great, sometimes very poor ( especially in the Bar). Great breakfast though !!

the property and especially the rooms were fab!! however the surrounding area was not great! the fact there was no pool and a small bar surprised me it was a 5star but a lovely breakfast and beds were amazing. would stay again

Despite being offered an upgrade and discount on food/drink this wasn't given. The room was large and bed comfortable once we had called for more pillows! There was alot of banging and noise from the room above into the early hours. The bathroom was the biggest let down, the water pressure was non existent and there was no hot water at all, no bath despite requesting one for medical reasons (though with no hot water it would have been pointless). The hotel looks and feels tired, the bar is miserable and the staff clearly didn't want to be there and told his colleague loudly that he was closing up, we left as what can only be described as a "gang" arrived in the bar area and were messing with the piano and laying around with their feet on the seats. There is no 'spa' you can book individual treatments but no actual spa facilities exist in the hotel! Overall disappointing, we won't be back.

Super stay. 5/10 minute walk to most parts of the city centre. Parking is £25 a day, opposite the hotel.
