Simply put, the City Garden Grand is the very best hotel in Makati! It is a testament to the value of an amazing staff!! What little the facility may lack in conveniences, it more than makes up for in having the greatest group of young men and ladies who truly value their guests. They are a 10 star staff!!

I thoroughly enjoyed everything as I have stayed before. The staff on the rooftop were superb as was the breakfast buffet staff. I also have to compliment the maid for doing an awesome job and for wanting to make sure that I had everything I needed each and every day. I'll be back.

Lovely hotel comfortable and clean with very pleasant staff, the only downside is the pool area is tiny and the sun loungers are crammed together they have a roof terrace area above the pool which is huge but never open, i wish the management would explain why. Overall though would thoroughly recommend
