Alors je voyage dans beaucoup d'hôtel de classe supérieure mais là le petit déjeuner du jamais vu . Personnel souriant serviable et à l'écoute du moindre désir literie impeccable piscine propre et repas digne d un grand chef petit bémol beaucoup de calcaire sur la robinetterie mais juste épicé trouver quelque chose

L'hôtel est correct mais loin des standards du sofitel tel que pratiqué ailleurs. Assez vieillot. Chambre grande mais humide.

Nous avons été logés dans une chambre pas confortable avec une SDB avec accès handicapé et qui ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions réservé, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et le personnel n'a pas été courtois, ni arrangeant voire très désagréable et nous a demandé de régler 280 € pour changer de chambre ...c'est inadmissible...de plus l'eau de la piscine était très froide et il n'y avait pas assez de transat pour se reposer à l'extérieur… au prix payé c'est vraiment inadmissible

밤 12시까지 호텔 행사가 있어서 너무 시끄러웠습니다 가장 문제는 엘리베이터 기본 30-40분 기다려야합니다 조식도 줄이 너무 깁니다 이런 5성급은 처음 봅니다 제 돈 아까운 호텔은 처음이라 후기를 남깁니다

The Spiral buffet which lots of people in the Philippines claim to be very good (& the biggest buffet, so far, in the Phils with diff international cuisine- is NOT of our expectation especially we paid P5K per adult on a Sunday dinner. The seafood just comprised of crab (with shells not even cracked for convenience), shrimp & oyster only. They had steamed fish but in the Korean food section. Not recommendable for those seafood lover as they carry very limited amount of seafood. They have variety of international food but not as good as we expected. We WONT come back here nor recommend to friends & families. In addition, Sofitel is no longer a waterfront hotel coz there’s currently a reclamation project being done by the govt.

Wonderful Hotel. The breakfast buffet was to die for! I would highly recommend this facility.

The only bad things about the hotel is hotel restaurants and bar. 1) LA BAR which is located at lobby has white and beer like warm water or room temperature which is not acceptable from the 5 star hotel poor and when I asked the manager he said he don’t have which is very horrible experience. 2) Breakfast quality is not good much Indian section is just for the name not any real Indian food it’s totally mess and bad food. 3) Cocoas Pizza is horrible don’t try ever it’s most worst pizza only with bread without any meat and cheese on top of it. 4) Sport bar is good and nice working staff and happy. 5) Housekeeping staff is great. 6) property is old and really need lots of repairing. 7) Guest service is horrible my internet not working, Room TV not working which is worst
