Staff was helpful and the bed was fairly comfortable. The towels and sheets smelled strongly of chlorine so we knew they were clean. The room itself wasn't very clean and was in disrepair. I had to wipe down bathroom cabinets and the tv stand and there was dust and crud in the corners of the tub and rooms. This was not the best place I've seen, but it wasn't the worst either.

Room was ok, spacious room and good bathroom size. The ceiling had stains on it, like it leaked from room upstairs and faucet in the shower was leaking. Balcony is very nice.

Family visit

Hotel was clean, little outdated and for us bed was comfortable but little too soft. Everyone was friendly. Just needs a little facelift. Room was spacious for the price

Good price fair condition

The mattress was comfortable and the pool was nice. The carpet in the room was stained, the nightshade was nasty and the bathroom doorknob was broken. The carpeting in the hallways was old and stained. The breakfast was $16 and not worth it, French toast was burnt, strawberries were bitter and the eggs were cold.

We were in a room on the first floor, close to the indoor pool. There are two entrances to the room: one from the hallway, one slider by the pool/atrium. The sliders cannot be secured from outside if the door. If you’d like to have your room secure you cannot exit through the slider. The room was 74° and humid when we got there & it took over 24 hours for the temp to come down. The toilet didn’t work for our entire stay!!! We used the shared, public bathrooms. The restaurant took 2 hours for food to come. It was middle of the road food but very reasonably priced. Everything is close. Stores, restaurants, shopping, coffee were all within 10 minutes or so. The atrium was very pretty and a great use of space: all open & has plenty of seating & tables.

Room was dirty and staff was slow to respond. No toddler bed/ pack n play although told I would have one brought to my room.

The property smell like smoke in the rooms The rooms are not clean the window was broken there was stuff all over the window sills
