La chambre était froide, en température comme en ambiance. On a trouvé deux-trois cafards ce qui n’arrange pas notre opinion.. heureusement le café était à volonté et la literie très confort.

This room was not cleaned before we checked in. We had cigarette butts in the bathroom sink, on the floor and un 5he garbage cans which were still full from previous occupants. This room was pungent with the odor of weed and cigarettes. Pretty disappointing. We know it wasnt an expensive room but it was pretty dirty. There is also a huge presence pf black mold in the bathroom. Check in clerk was polite and professional

The heat wouldn’t work in our room, smoke detector keep going off all night while we was sleeping. Wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone at the office.

Deadbolt on the door would not lock, the room was filthy, the floor was so filthy if you walked in your bare feet, they turned black. There was no shampoo only that recycled soap. There was a giant gap at the bottom of the door. Overall, the room was just nasty, I stayed there a couple weeks before that and the room wasn’t great, but it sure wasn’t like this one.

Toilet was sketchy and barely flushed, electrical outlet hanging out of the wall and heat stopped working.
