Rooms had a very weird smell but were able to air them out every day when returned.

Poor service
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe booked a room with 2 queen beds. Checked in and was put in a room with one queen bed. When questioned about it the just said sorry every thing is booked there and in town only thing they did was give me a cot with sheets and no pillow. The cards kept stop working so had to go get them reset the hot tub was broke and rusty things in the pool area.

Will get better with time
Publié le 1 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe lobby and breakfast area look really nice. Due to the renovations there were some areas of concern. We had to move three times to get a room where both locks on the door were functional. Our final room did not have functioning heat, but we did not contact the desk as we didn't want to move again. With that being said, the staff was very helpful and curteous. Kids enjoyed the pool, but the hot tub wasn't working. Overall, we'd stay again.

Was great and had fun in the pool and hot tub too. Good breakfast. But our shower head was broken but we could still take a shower was the only really bad thing

Very kind staff. Nice clean rooms. Pool was nice and everyone including guests were nice and respectful.
