The mattress was so worn out it was like sleeping on the floor. The parking lot was full of cars and trucks that were taking 2 or more parking spots. Staff said that those were residents (people who live there) and there was nothing they could do. Heaven forbid someone takes only 1 spot or the staff makes them park like a civilized human being... I parked across in a lot for an office building fully expecting my car to be towed -- thankfully it wasn't
room was overdue for basic maintenance - lotion dispenser half torn off the wall. Refrigerator that gurgled until I unplugged it. Toilet mounted 15 degrees towards the wall... NEVER staying there again.

Good, not great

The toilet in our room did not work properly. Had to take the top off to flush. It reported it to the front desk.
