A one stars hotel !!! I do not recommend this hotel at all, terrible hotel and very bad management , the given rooms are not inline with reservations , we spent three hours for checking in , it took us a while to convince the receptionist to provide two keys for rooms of two persons !!!! the guest relation has nothing to do with relations , she can not recommend any resturant or place to visit . The lady who is sitting on the guest relation desk is extremely rude and has an attitude , when I asked the housekeeping to add another two towels , she refused this and when I talked to her , she claimed I hit her , when we threatened her to check the cameras , she changed her words and said I was shouting !!!!! The hotel management believed her lies and when they knew the truth , they did not even apologize , the carpet in the hotel is extremely dirty , the plates and forks has a bad smell !!!! The staff are not friendly . The pool was very dirty , beach chairs are terrible .. All in all it is a terrible experience . Expedia should remove them from the list of hotels . I am a frequent user of Expedia and this is the first time I write a review because it is not good for Expedia to have this hotel listed with them !!!

the hotel location is near the beatch wich was very noisy . the service is below the average the rooms are very standarts the food is nothing to write home about so i dont think the price is justify the quality

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, dispute being relatively new the rooms are in poor disrepair. Location is good. Could be more ch better than it is!! Let’s hope next season sees some changes.
