Positively awful stay. Customer service was abhorrent. Would not recommend .

29 day crappy stay

The room was old and dated. The door had a 2in gap under the door, the frig did not have a temp control(broken) so everything froze. The towel rack was missing 2 runs so the towels would fall occasionally. The utility sink wasn’t even clipped it. Carpet was dirty and blinds filthy. The service was terrible. I had to go to the front desk and request bedding changed after 10 days because they did not do it. Housekeeping would walk by the overflowing garbage can and the ruffled bed to swap out a towel and do nothing else. Front desk didn’t even have extra coffees for the room nor were they able to fix or change out the frig. It is a terrible place to stay for multiple nights

Hello, we are very sorry that your stay did not live up to expectations. I am very frustrated to hear about all the troubles you had during the stay. We recently took over the business and are in the process of renovations. There was more we could have done to make your stay more comfortable and are sorry for our miscommunications. We do have maintenance on staff who could have taken a look at your fridge, or we could have moved your room. We do have extra complimentary coffee packets available I am sorry there was a mix up. We hope to be able to make your next stay a much better experience. Thank you ever so much for the feedback.

I didn't dislike anything there. Except the bathroom floors when wet at all you call slip and fall real easy. I had the handicap room but I didn't know that one of the towels up on the rack on the wall was supposed to be used for a bath mat. There's no sign up that says the smallest towel there that's a little bit thick is to be used for a bath mat and I am almost fell and hurt myself real bad I have a bad back and I have bad knees I barely was able to get to the wall to hang on. I told the office person when I brought my key back in to leave today on Tuesday that I thought that was a real important problem to take care of to put rubber mats down in front of the tubs and the showers on the floor not towels I used the towels for my hair I didn't know anything different. So I am glad that I did not fall and have to file a paper on it because I wouldn't have wanted to do that plus I don't want to get hurt anymore than I already hurt cuz that's dangerous if I would have felt I would have went back and hit my head really hard on the shower part. I just thought that I would say something about that I think it's very important. Other than that I had a really nice stay and I will be back again for sure.

I felt really comfortable staying there. It all was perfect. I got to make my own Waffle. Haven't done that in years. I will be staying again and I will tell my friends and family where'd you go in Martinez.
