what we liked are position, cleanliness and mostly the staff.What we didn't like is very poor chice of manu for food and wine list if you are staying longer than one night, car park is too far as spacially when elevators all but one out of order. Most of rooms are too far from reception and not having any trolley handy doesn't make life any easier.

Hi Tim,Thank you for your feedback and we are delighted that you enjoyed the location of the hotel, the cleanliness and the team working at the hotel. These comments will be distributed to the housekeping department and a team as a whole.In regards to the poor choices on the menu and the wine list, these have been designed to provide a variety of different dishes for those dining more than once. Our apologies if you did not find the menus to your liking. Please note our restauramnt team are happy to assist with items that are not necessarily on the menu, subject to being available at the time of dining.Our apologies also that one of the lifts was not working and the trolleys were all being used at the time you required them.Please note this is a rare occurance and the lift company was engaged as soon as possible after the lift was determined to be out of order. We also do have more trolleys on order.Once again, thank you for your comments and should you return to Peppers Marysville we would love the opportunity to improve on the issues you found whilst here.

Loved everything about this property and Marysville in general. The staff were amazing and went over and beyond to look after my hubby and I. We will be back most definately x

Limited space beside pool and not enough sun lounges. Grounds need mowing and tidy up

Hi David,Thank you for your comments.We are looking at ways to increase the space at the pool for nice and sunny days such as when you stayed and allow for more people to be able to relax by the pool.Our ground maintennace is on a weekly schedule and may have been due during the time that you stayed.We are glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay and should you visit us again in the future, we would like to have the issues raised fixed for you by then.
