My children enjoyed the pool. Breakfast on-site was convenient although the buffet was overpriced for the selection. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was dated. There were cracked tiles and the sofa was worn and dirty. The sofa bed was not comfortable. They do not offer roll away beds at all. The lobby is pretty with lots of open space. The pool area and common bathrooms were clean and well-kept.

Pool was crowded and roped off for swimming lessons on a busy week when all of NY is out on winter break!! So unacceptable. A lot of money to be paying and the pool is not acceptable!!!!!

Food was very good, disappointed in the Indian/Chinese restaurant. Didn’t really see any Chinese food on the menu. Friendly employees, clean rooms.

The hotel looks great from the outside, but the room is not renovated. Shower drainage is slow and the toilet seat needs replaced as the cover is peeling off. The half Starbucks coffee is pathetic and it will charge you 0.25x more. It's sad to see a falling 3-star hotel.

Staff was vigilent and friendly. Hotel was clean and pool was warm and beautiful.

Bathroom tile was moldy and grout was falling out, moldy caulk around sink, broken toilet lid, entrance door was falling off hinge and doors and walls had gunk all over.
