Independent house in small complex overlooking the sea with lovely views across to Mallorca

House is one of nine arranged around a small swimming pool on a seafront road (no beach) with easy parking. Atmosphere is quiet and easy-going. House is as shown in photos, compact, light, open plan with three outside areas one of which is on the roof with lovely views. Kitchen area quite small (three hotplates, microwave, no oven); plenty of crockery. Access for keys etc very straightforward. Owners very prompt in replying to any queries and provide a e-pamplet (spanish) listing beaches and attractions with very useful details including photos and directions. The main port is 20 minutes walk where there are restaurants and a few minimarkets catering for holiday hotels and flats (low rise). Menorca is a lovely island with beautiful beaches and the Cami de Cavells, a footpath all along the coast.

A very nice traditional villa modernised to a very high standard.

This villa is a beautifully modernised yet traditional villa. It's location, close to the sea and only a 15 minute walk from the harbour was perfect for us. The position, away from the large hotels and complexes meant it was peaceful and convenient. The view from the chill out area was wonderful. We spent many many hours up there. This was our first Truely relaxing holiday in many years. Thank you Rosa.

Très bien

Très belle villa, très bien équipée et avec une décoration soignée. Les 3 terrasses sont vraiment appréciables, notamment celle sur le toit permettant un apéro avec magnifique coucher du soleil. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. A recommander.

Prima - Gerne wieder

Die ruhige Lage, die perfekte Ausstattung der modern eingerichteten Wohnung mit dem dazugehörigen Pool und eine sensationelle Dachterrasse machten unseren Aufenthalt perfekt. Die Vermieterin versorgte uns im Vorfeld mit sehr detaillierten wertvollen Infos und war bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar. Super sind die, je nach Sonnenstand, drei verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Parfait

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Rosa. Maison au top avec une super literie, location super bien équipée, la terrasse sur le toit est incroyable avec couché de soleil de rêve. L'endroit est calme, super reposant je ne peux que recommander .

Casita maravillosa

Hemos estado unos días en la Casa dels Vents y solo podemos decir que ha sido maravilloso. La casa es preciosa y está situada en un lugar idílico. Los propietarios han estado pendientes en todo momento y nos han facilitado mucha información para disfrutar y conocer los sitios mas bonitos de la isla. Sin duda alguna, si volvemos a Menorca repetiremos en la Casa dels Vents!

Super Haus mit fantastischer Chillout-Lounge auf der Dachterrasse

Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen, sehr gepflegten Anlage und ist frisch renoviert. Es entspricht in der Wirklichkeit zu 100% den Fotos. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang von der tollen Lounge auf der Dachterrasse geniessen können. Der Kontakt mit Rosa war sehr gut und alles hat wie vereinbart geklappt. Vielen Dank, liebe Rosa, für diese schöne Urlaubszeit auf der schönen Insel Menorca- wir kommen gerne wieder! Anette und Dirk
