Meh, just good enough for one night.

The room itself appeared clean but, the sheets had some kind of stain and the beds were missing comforters. One of the mirrors appeared to have a bullet hole or something in it. The TV didn’t work either. The front desk clerk said he would call when maintenance was available but, I didn’t get a call. I didn’t see any ability to recycle items.

Great service nice room structural repais and upgrades needed ac noisy-had to turn off to sleep

We arrived close to midnight and were told the only room they had available for us had a broken TV. At first they offer a discount but couldn't provide it because we had booked through Expedia. Turns out the broken TV was to be the least of our worries. The door nob didn't fit the door and was filled part way in by a wash cloth, the door won't stay closed aside from the latch which was barely attached and left the door open a couple inches. In a very unsafe area. The built in seat had a bullet hole in it. The tub faucet won't turn off and the water was running the entire time. The mattress was hard as a rock with busted springs that pressed into our backs all night. We were offered free late check out at noon, in lieu of the discount they were unable to provide, which the clerk said he would make a note about, but didn't, so housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 and then 3 more times until we left shortly after 11. I believe the housekeeping staff had cleaned our room as well as they could with what they had to work with - stained sheets, stained towels, damaged tub finish, damaged and dingey everything. This room should not be rented out at all, much less at the way overinflated price it is listed at.

The room was clean and the entire stay went smoothly. I would stay here again.
