Au niveau de la propreté il y a place a amélioration.Il ma confirmer qu'il va s'en occuper dès notre départIl .La piscine était chaude et grande et la plage a proximité ce qui était excellent.les gens qui travail sur le site très chaleureux et efficace.

Communication with the owner was excellent. Very helpful and even had cauldrons, knives and linens delivered for the new kitchen. In terms of cleanliness there is room for improvement. He confirms that he will take care of it as soon as we leave. The swimming pool was warm and large and the beach nearby which was excellent. very warm and efficient.

He even went as far as giving us a night for free because we have flight issues that delayed our arrival. Overall the Apt. was very clean and smelled great. The hotel itself is very classy and family friendly. The surrounding area is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need within 2 miles from you. Beach was incredible and so was the pool. Everything is very well kept! We will definitely be going back in the future and highly recommend for family’s or just you and your partner! Great location and wonderful Owner!

Overall a Great Stay
Publié le 26 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall we enjoyed our stay in Sunny Isles. The proximity to the beach, size of the unit, and short drive to many attractions was perfect for our family of four. We also enjoyed the onsite pool and coffee shop. Having beach chairs and a cooler we could use was a nice touch.
Be prepared for some noise overnight due to the expressway being just outside the unit and people returning to the parking garage blasting their speakers. We'd also recommend bringing your own pillows if you are picky about them. The fee at check in was about $10 more than listed and the parking spot was in a different spot than explained, but those were minor inconveniences.
It was a great stay for the price and we'd consider staying in the condo if we come back to Sunny Isles in the future.
