I Pay for a big room and they Didnt give me the room i Pay, they give me a small One, and when i ask they say that they give it to another costumer.

Great to be back in the 305. Great but no free continental breakfast. Made an error when booking, but great new Hilton nonetheless.

Well this was a bit disappointing. Not sure what is going on lately but the employees hired are not up to par. The level of professionalism and communicative personnel is lacking. I was here for a surgery due to complications my sister had to speak to a manager at the front desk about extending our stay at a rate I had set aside prior. As you can imagine not HONORED. Despicable truly. Then food over priced. Service at restaurant unfriendly and lacking. It's like no one cares about being hospitable. The TV kept glitching during the Superbowl and other moments. The only good thing was the bed mattress and pillows are very comfortable thank God for that. This should be an above level hotel due to it's proximity to the Hospital. Sad 😢
