The property itself is a good place to stay, mid level hotel, welcoming staff, snacks, there are frozen dinners available for purchase and 2 free bottles of water upon check in. Plus they do offer to hold your luggage. Room was clean, no bugs or anything like that.
Some things i thought could use some improvement: the eggs at the continental breakfast were pretty bad. Also communication to guest regarding check out times. Expedia has noon listed as the check out time. Luckily i called down to the front desk the morning of my check out to confirm the time and was told check out is 11am and since i booked with expedia I needed to contact them regarding having the wrong check out time listed. I responded that I'm ok to check out at 11am however as I'm not an employee of Expedia or Tru Hilton why would I be contacting Expedia to correct their website. The clerk stated they would alert the manager to contact Expedia. So just be aware regardless of what Expedia has posted, CHECK OUT IS 11 am!!
