We stayed here for Harley Homecoming and we'd definitely stay again. Our room was comfy and the beds were perfect. The hotel was full, so its understandable that staff couldn't keep up with demand. That's ok because we went to Midtown Grill and had one of our fave breakfasts ever.

The water for the sink and shower in our first room didn’t work. We were moved to another room and the shower was difficult to turn on and didn’t get hot water for several minutes. There were also a few large insects in the bathroom sink and shower.

I like how helpful the front desk lady was and that she was very accommodating she was...the room was beautiful and relaxing...my only complaint is that the bathroom was a bit small and cramped but it was still very nice
