Publié le 22 oct. 2017 sur HotelsI was near the kitchen and it was just like I was IN the kitchen. There was too much noise because they left the door open and the employees talked loudly. The toilet did not work well and there were electrical problems (a lamp and some outlets). The employees were nice but could give no advice on where to eat or do things I asked about.

We were greeted by a very friendly young girl who checked us in and it was right at shift change,. When we went into our room our heater wasn't working and they changed our room right away without hesitation. We greeted every time we left or came in. All of the staff was amazing and very friendly.
The only thing that was a disappointment was the complementary breakfast. Unfortunately, it was not as good as the last time we stayed. We did not have as many choices that we had previously the weekday breakfast. The food also was warm, not hot. The weekend breakfast there were not as many choices either and it took longer for them to refill the stations, but on the plus side when we did ask for something they went back and immediately made it for us. It also would be very nice if it was not microwaved to food. While the eggs were very fresh and hot it did take quite a while for refills also, it would be nice if your food was not microwaved, we could see that they were microwaving such as pancakes, French toast sticks and waffles.
Even with the breakfast kind of being a disappointment we will stay there again without hesitation just because of the friendliness of your staff and how clean everything was.

Publié le 1 mars 2024 sur HotelsThey was a little mix up with our booking on hotels.com when we areived for chexkin we were told eaxh booking was double booked. The manager was very helpful and got that resolved. The rooms were great. Love the layout with the extra mirror area for hetting ready.
I would stay there again!!!
