It appears they were doing upgrades, but when I got to my room that was a different story. The bathroom floor was sticky, one of the bathroom towels had holes in it and then there was a hole in the carpet by the bathroom. Then when leaving the elevator was down because someone was holding it on another floor. Had to go around then entire building to get to the front to just walk all the way back to get to my car.

The toilet came away from the wall in my room and when I tried to get the continental breakfast they told me it was for the elite guest and it was an extra $5 which I feel should have been comped due to the fact that I had issues with the toilet in my room that I could’ve gotten hurt…. So they rather save $5 than lose $100 cause after that I left a day earlier

Comfortable and clean. Fun pool!

Comfortable stay, friendly staff. The pool was so warm - the kids loved it. We would definitely stay here again if we were traveling in the area.
