I have a question about the check in. I was charged $25 that is separate charge on my checking acct.. When he asked for my card I got impression he was going to charge me for an update which I asked for corner room and did not get. The room was left in the same condition as we walked in. Need help with this. Thank you Linda

Hello Linda, the 25 is an authorization for any incidentals you may charge to the room. This will typically fall off and show back in your account within 5-7 business days of your check out depending on your bank.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. The restaurant is not open even though advertised. We tried to stop by the bar at 945pm and it was not open. Staff working at checkout said weekends it is usually open later than 9 but wasn’t real sure why it wasn’t. Not sure it has been open at all during our stay. Would stay again and we do recommend it however don’t plan on a restaurant or bar.
