Blood in walls pubic hair everywhere roaches fridge didn’t work keys didn’t work staff was RUDE AND I SLEPT IN MY CAR NOT AT THE HOTEL then you charged my card and 2 weeks later 3 hours on the phone I STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND

The room was decent for the price. However, the door was not working. Our key card didn't work and we were locked out of our room. We checked in on Friday and didn't get the door issue situated until Saturday night. The front desk staff was trying to be helpful.

I checked in late at 8pm and my room was still not ready. I had to wait another hour for my room to be cleaned and ready. By the time I got into my room was a little past 9pm. There was only one lady running the whole hotel. Whoever is management at this hotel needs to be fired. This hotel makes the Extended Stay Hotel brand look really bad. This will be the last time I am staying at any Extended Stay Hotel.

Front desk clerk was very nice! The room had crumbs in the bed and stains on the blankets. One of the blankets had tape stuck to them. Breakfast and coffee only available until 9.

The only thing I can say is where is the hair dryer and the coffee pot and do you not have ice? Walking into that room it was like it was completely empty. I get it is an extended stay suite. But you all should still have the basic things in there. I had asked for extra pillows do due arm injuries and head and neck migraines and I know it was late when I asked but there was no communication about that u had to request extra bedding before eight. I was gone so I didn’t know that and the girl was very rude about it.
