I like the convenience of walking through the hotel to the mall. What I didn't like is paying for parking. I believe that if a customer resides at your hotel, the customer should not have to pay for parking. This feels like price gauging.

I won't be staying here again. Should have paid better attention to reviews. Paying for parking as a guest is stupid. If you use valet its even more. Beds were medicore at best.

Very convenient as connected by skywalk to Mall of America. Rooms were clean, nice restaurant on site.

Decent for location but price doesnt equal quality
Publié le 16 mars 2024 sur HotelsCheck in and out was easy as was parking. Some of the elevators didnt go to our floor as the button was broke. The room was nice but the pillows are awful/flat. The shower was good but theres no fan so lots of steam and you could see moisture damage on the ceiling. Loved having easy access to the mall
