Did not know that I had to pay a damage deposit and won’t get it back for 7 days. Won’t stay here again

The initial room wasn't ready but they upgraded the room to a suite at no extra charge which was nice of them. Over all room was nice and service was great

Convenient and central to attractions
Posted Jan. 21, 2024 on HotelsI always check this property first for availability because I like the convenience of the drive up rooms, however, my last stay was, in my opinion, a bit overpriced. First, the sidewalks at the outside access doors were not salted or sanded so it was a bit dangerous if you were carrying anything in your hands, the mattresses are starting to show their age, and not as comfortable as some other chains I’ve stayed at. Overall it’s a great place to stay if it’s a short time but having to wait for almost a week for a deposit to be refunded is a little rediculous in this day and age.

It was a really nice place. Noise from the highway is the only downfall. Staff was really staff and breakfast wss delicious.
