Beautiful hotel and surroundings, excellent food, friendly staff, great programme in the evenings, good offer of package trips, fantastic holidays!

Customer service was poor in regards to room privacy. Even if you hang the Privacy tag, the staff will still enter your rooms. When we questioned the staff about entering our room, she blatantly lied and stated that the privacy tag was not there which is a LIE. We found the tag on the inside of the door when we returned, all our items moved to another location in room, and toiletries touched and moved around. Please do not leave your belongings out because the staff can access your room without notice. The issue was addressed with front desk who only claim to "investigate the matter". Our privacy was violated TWICE that day, unbelievable. No one asked how can the issue be solved. Only sorry excuses for the staff violating our privacy and no follow up on matter. Lost prevention is useless and will not do anything about it. I will NEVER stay at this overrated hotel again.

Unfortunately w/ in the first 5 mins our stay was Negative. As my fiance parked our rental car the 1 female at the Bell Hop stand around 5pm on Feb 23rd asked me if Id like a VIRGIN DRINK. I was polite and said no thank you. I had turned 46 the previous week & knew she had offered ne only a non alcohol drink because she ASSUMED I was pregnant. Im NOT pregnant!!! We then walked inside and the lady checking us in offered me/us champagne. I mentioned the incident & that i was extremely offended. At sych a high price point they better be giving me a baby gift if they think im pregnant. Again at 46yrs old Im not pregnant & this woman had no right to publicly humiliate me by her comment stating that i could only drink a virgin beverage. It affected the rest of our stay & affects me now a wk later. I expect a cheap motel employee to be careless, but never ever should i be body shamed when Im paying so much a night. The place was beautiful. The food was terrible at ALL the restaurants & you have to demand the bartenders make your drinks w/ decent alcohol. If not its cheap & tastes terrible. I actually had to demand they remake a drink w/ good tequila for a female i met at the pool. It was a huge humiliating disappointment staying here. If you need to go on a forced diet stay here The staff & food will make sure you starve.

We loved everything about this hotel. Although we had a short stay the staff made us feel at home. We enjoyed every moment about it.

Would recommend to everyone!!!! Staff is so kind and helpful. Is a very clean resort and love that you can walk to all the other resorts. Good entertainment and view is 10/10. My girlfriend and I went for a get away and will definitely be back!
