this hotel is horrible we didn’t stay we leave when we saw the conditions of the room, dirty, old and lack of maintenance.

This hotel doesn't have enough parking for all guests, I had many issues to park my truck because hotel was at "full capacity" and the manager never gave me a solution. Hallways are dirty all the time; when I arrived I saw couple trays with food scraps and garbage and nobody came to clean it.. the trays remained there all the time from my arrival up to I left.. so disgusting!

The worst service ever. Check in clerk has zero customer service skills (Not even heard the word “welcome”).
The room wasn’t ready and still they gave it to us (Dirty areas, without towels and more details).
Really a super bad experience.
It’s considered VIP for Expedia?
