Very clean . No microwave and broken blow dryer but besides that very nice room . A little pricey for what you get .

Disgusting

People eating out of the garbage, sleeping on the floors by the food court. People sleeping at machines and no one said a thing to them. Waitresses only took care of people at the tables and didn't come around the slots unless you found one to get a drink. At the bar and restaurants they automatically add the gratuity on to the bill. Never spending my time or money there again. Very disappointed.

As a whole I like going to Resorts World Casino in the Catskills but this time things were a little different. The rooms were not as clean, my friend found a dildo under his couch and towels were not available at the pool or in the rooms so we had to use the same two towels for 3 days. When we asked for new towels the staff told us they did not get their delivery but nothing was mentioned of we will drop them off as soon as they come. Food options are limited and there is nothing really near by to even go off the property. I was also a little taken back by some of the staff this time. Waitresses on the casino floor were rude and almost impossible to get a drink from unless you stood directly in front of where they went to get their drinks and even then they would tell you they would send someone to get your order. The restaurant staff even had us waiting for 15 minutes for a table that was empty the entire time we were waiting. It was just a little sub par this time which surprised me.
