We stayed here for 2 nights. The first night we were there the fan in our bathroom started making screeching sound at 3 am. When we called down to the desk the woman was helped and switched our rooms and offered to comp of our nights we were there. When I went went to check about that later and give my information since I booked through Expedia they were going to have to refund me differently (what the front desk woman said at 3am). The manager was there and when I told him what she said he wouldn't give me a refund for a night and said "we'll figure something out" no one ever checked back to with me and we left early the next morning. The bathroom shower was either dirty or stained. The beds were okay. The bagel my daughter grabbed for breakfast was stale.The woman at check in was super friendly. And was the woman at the front desk who handled the room switching and screeching issue originally. The pool was fine. But I would not stay here again.

This was addressed by the front desk for our guest and the fan was fixed immediately.We also did make a room switch for the inconvenience of the noisy fan for this guest.The manager on duty did talk to this guest and did say we will figure out something for our guest, however, the guest did not come back to talk with the manager the next morning. The guest did get back from an event and was given extra pool time too.the food is checked before it is put out in the morning to be sure its fresh, we are very careful about food safety and cleanliness of our hotel.

The check in process was ok, front desk was pretty friendly. The overall condition of the hotel & room was worn & dirty. Very outdated, it doesn't look like they have replaced or cleaned the carpeting since it was built. We only had a 1 night stay which was more than enough.

Not sure if you have the right place, but to say outdated when this place has all tile, marble, granite and new Hilton furniture in all the rooms I am very confused. Please let me know what you thought was outdated here.Thanks,MGMT

I feel the room was not nice enough for 110.00 a night. The bed was not comfortable at all. Lumpy flat pillows also

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate it. I apologize for the pillow issue. We are working very hard on improvements to the hotel. We just bought it almost a year ago and have done a ton of upgrades so far and are still working on more items, pillows being one of them. Thank you, MGMT

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate it. We are working diligently on improvements since we bought the hotel and beds and pillows are still needing to be done. I apologize for the inconvenience and hopefully next time you're in town we will have new beds and pillows.

Pretty decent stay, staff is topnotch.

Got a room there for the pool. The pool was shut down due to maintenance, brought up our concern and they gave us a free night, once the pool is back up and running. The TV in the room didn't work, didn't complain about, as we weren't going to be using it much.

The TV issue is some of them when powered down lose the channel's and don't save. It's an issue with Spectrum and we are working on it.Thanks,MGMT

Needs attention

Bathroom was not very clean. Rusty, dirty floor. Shower curtain wouldn't stay closed because rod was loose. Drain was slow so stod on water to finish shower.
