So we had a grease fire at like ten o clock at night and the staff handled the large group of panicked individuals wonderfully. Whenever there was a mistake or a small issue the immediately rectified the problem my boyfriend and I have four kids altogether and despite their different ages they all found something they loved. Thank you!!!

Fire alarm had me and my kids out in the rain we called the desk 3 times for tv and shower not working properly no answer just horrible we stood in mud for about 25 mins

Easiest check in at any hotel i have ever been to. So quick, so easy and so frie dly. The staff is amazing, every single one.

We waited for an hour for our room to be ready but the front desk manager gave us a late check out until 1pm and that actually worked better for us

Everything overpriced, but that was expected. Did not expect when pulled back sheets to 3 strands of hairs near head of bed which made me feel they didn't change the sheets btwn last check out and my check in. Food options need revamping.
