Good not Great.

The check-in staff was cordial but not the most experienced/professional. The room was comfortable but not very well insulated, you can hear noise and yelling from the corridor and from the street. Amenities were great, towels/bath robe not soft at all.

Montréal sous-terrain

Troisième fois à cet hôtel, on aime beaucoup son emplacement et tout y est accessible par le sous-terrain, donc tout se fait à l'intérieur. Il y a un gros chantier de construction du côté de la rue Jeanne-Mance, alors faites la demande d'une chambre dont la vue donne sur la rue Ste-Catherine (place des arts)
