Mauvais service et accommodation

Pire service jamais reçu! Mention d’air climatisé dans la chambre et la réception affirme qu’il n’y en n’a pas. Il faisait 26 dans la chambre en hiver….. manque d’aération, pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain, mention de lit queen et c’était un lit double. Manque de service au déjeuner, toujours vide de quelque chose, même les ustensiles. Vraiment très décevant et je déconseille cet hôtel! Aucunement un 4 étoiles mais plutôt 2.

the front desk girl was so sweet, besides the couple banging it out next door to us, it was great

Picture of the bathroom is like newly furnished, but I got a very old and small bathroom. The front desk says they can't change it because manager was not there then.
