This place smells really bad, as I think they just painted it. The heating system, or AC doesn’t work during Montréal's winter, which was the most terrible thing I have ever experienced. The toilet doesn’t flush at all. The staff tried to help and told us they would try their best; after giving 3 extra blankets to a group of 8 people, they ran away and didn’t even have a look at the system.

The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff was responsive, helpful. I loved the location and the price was right. I especially appreciated the coffee maker with plenty of coffee!

Posted Feb. 27, 2023 on HotelsStayed for 3 days, first day we got there the window was open (during winter -15 degree). The place has a very heavy musty smell that never left and got worst when we turn on the heating. It was some mold and the carpet wasn't clean. We were 9 people and only 4 towels and 1 half used toilette paper roll was provided. So bring your own stuff when booking. The place is a nice size and kitchen good.
