Perfect spot for a long weekend

Perfect location in Montreal. Wonderful staff and food and drinks were stellar. We loved our room. I will definitely come back when I am next in town.

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 10 years and was always satisfied. However, I find the addition of an "urban experience fee" outrageous. Why not just call it a "I need more money from you fee". Or "I just feel like hiding another fee" Based on this nuisance I will be staying elsewhere. It is a shame to spoil a great experience with slap in the face when you check out.

The hotel was ok but a bit outdated compared to other sofitel locations. Staff was great and very responsive. Our requests were ready upon arrival.

From the second we got there, they took care of everything. Valley parking, they brought bags to the rooms, even had a concierge on site to walk your dog. Super pet friendly (with a fee) and wonderful staff!

The staff here are amazing and so helpful! We were traveling with our toddler and they were so sweet and accommodating. We had a great experience staying here - highly recommend!
