There was a used condom under the bed, the sheets weren't cleaned, and nothing was cleaned. Dirty dishes, the AC was broken and wifi was not reliable. Staff are outsourced to the Philippines so customer service can't do anything, nor do they care. This is more expensive than a hotel, but dirtier than a hostel. Not too mention their listings lie, and they scam customers.

Everything worked out great… the only thing is the wifi did not connect. Also there was a tiny hole in the ceiling above the shower. Looked like a leak in the ceiling perhaps. Should be patched up. Comfy bed!

We had a problem that resulted in an unpleasant first day and sleepless first night and annoying second day. It didn’t get resolved until most of our stay was over even though we were assured someone who help.

This Sonder facility is in a great location. Apartment was comfortable and spacious. Dishwasher leaked all over the floor, there is no sponge or brush to use for dishes. Place could use a paint job. But overall, we were quite satisfied.
