The check in was great. The pool was fine the first time we went. The room was nice. Saturday night, between 9:30pm and 11:30pm someone was letting their kids run around in the hall and bang around in the room. I don't know who it was, but it kept my whole family up. It was not dealt with till between 11:30pm-12am. I am getting my deposit back which I knew I would, but because of the way our night went, it would be nice to have gotten a portion of our initial payment back also.

Hello Ashlynn,I am happy to hear you enjoyed some aspects of your stay with us.It is disheartening to witness parents or guardians allowing their children to freely roam the halls, disturbing other guests. Managing such situations can be quite challenging but I assure you that we diligently enforce our policies, and the individuals involved did eventually comply after being diligently addressed. I sincerely apologize for any disruptions caused by these guests, as ensuring guest satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide all guests with opportunities to adhere to our policies, and I regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. I do see that you mentioned compensation for the noise. Unfortunately, you booked through a third party and we have no authority to make any changes to the booking or the contractual agreement you entered into when booking. This would have to be a conversation you have with them. Our hands were and are tied. It's unfortunate your second-night experience did not meet your expectations, and I extend my sincerest apologies. We value your patronage and hope you consider giving us another chance in the future.
