Bad hotel bad service

They give us a room Delux , wich we payed for it on the last floor, then they call us for upgrade! But the upgrade was in fact a Downgrade, so we refused it and have to fight to keep our Delux room. The AC was very noisy and can't sleep with it. And can't sleep without because it was more than 30 d celcius. We wait 1 hour for a piece of cake from the room service.

Not worth it.

Hotel staff barely knew english. Not much clean. Several health issues due to food.

Need renovation immediately

The location was good for my requirement. Property is big and with good views both sides. The problem is that it needs renovation. Rooms have bad odour, the bathroom drain was clogged and water filled up when I used it. I didn't face much problem as I stayed for one night only. I have read many other reviews, older as well, which have suggested renovation but I guess the hotel owners/promoters are not interested.

no more than a 2 star hotel

Pour : breakfast was good
Contre : needs a total reinnovation and more care for the comfort of the guests
Emplacement : it is located in a slum area, far away from any decent restaurant or supermarket , far away form any sight seeing.
This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, however it doesn't stand up to even a 2 star one. The corridors have a rotten smell like a cellar, old shabby carpets, outdated rooms and bathrooms, mold on shower door and floor. Towels worn out and even the bed sheets were smelly. The conceirge could not give any helpful advice. the kettle and the fridge were not working and after negotiation they changed the kettle, yet they did not fix or change the fridge during our whole stay.
