That really ruined our mood to be ripped off that

Irritated now because I had a vip access with free parking and finally I was required to pay 19€ per day for parking. That really ruined our mood to be ripped off that way. All the rest was fine.

Salle de bain mal nettoyée. Poils et cheveux au sol. Vraiment pas appréciable. Refus de monter le petit dej en chambre moyennant supplément. Je n’en ai donc pas pris.

Staff to be less unhelpful but ok for the rest.

Everything was going as I thought but the staff is kind of rude and sometimes, unhelpful. It Is like you owe them something. They really need to work on better serving their clients. Also, a deep work on the bed conforts needs to be done. For the rest, everything was perfect.
