10 min wait to get someone to service us at the reception, then passive aggressive behavior that is just not acceptable

Après minuit nous somme parti avec la famille une odeur de canabis venais d’une chambre voisine qui communiquante sa nous a réveiller c’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais d’un client sans respect …..

They were so hospitable. My family of 7 could not be more than comfortable here. Delicious, abundant breakfast and all the staff are polite and so kind to my excited children. They welcomed our pets and we fully enjoyed our valet parking. Thank you!

Friendly staff at check in. Room pretty clean but hair in sink, shower. Overall room could use an update: desk chair torn, carpeting worn. Nice bedding. Mattress very comfortable. Fitness center well equiped and clean including pelaton bike. Restful stay overall.
